Day1. Yangon Arrival & Sight Seeing at Yangon
Your representative will meet you at the airport and escort you to your transfer car. Welcome by your RMT Guide upon your arrival together with your representative conveying our information for your journey ahead in Myanmar. Along with the guide, you will be welcomed by your Yangon Hotel upon check in. If you have arrived on a morning flight embark on your half day orientation our of Yangon. After lunch, you will be exploring Yangon, the Economic Capital of Myanmar with rich culture and heritage sites, tranquil parks, beautiful lake and Amazing reclining Buddha with 108 holy signs on the feet.
Sunset at Thane-gote-ta-ya Hill where Marvellous Shwe-Da-Gon Pagoda, the Landmark of Yangon and the scared Pagoda of Buddhists situated, will be the best place to memorize your beautiful Yangon sunset.

Day2. Fly to Mandalay & Sight Seeing at Mandalay

Fly to Mandalay in the early morning and Sight Seeing at Mandalay,
Mandalay City tour including visit to Mahamuni Image. Tapestry making home cottage. Marble carving workshop. Gold-leaf Beating workshop, Silk weaving home cottage, Shwenandaw Monastery. Kuthodaw Pagoda and  other tourist destination.

Day 3. Mandalay Sight seeing

Upon arrival, you will be welcome by your RMT Station Guide with the transport car and check into your chosen hotel before continuing by car to the mighty Ayeyarwady River for the one hour boat ride to Mingun, home of the huge and famous unfinished Pagoda. Return to the city via Kuthodaw Pagoda, ‘the world’s largest book’ and enjoy the panoramic sunset views over the city from Mandalay Hill.

Day4. Mandalay- Amarapura- Innwa- Sagaing -Mandalay

Early morning check out to fly to Mandalay, on arriving there, you will be visiting Amarapura. Highlights are: Mahagandaryone Monastery, U Bein's Bridge, Wood carving & Bronze castling workshops. Proceed to Sagaing Hill - known as the centre for meditation, Pottery Making village and Silver-smith workshops.
Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 5. Boat to Bagan from Mandalay along Mighty Ayeyarwaddy
Relax today and watch the rural heartland of the ‘Dry Zone’ of central Myanmar slowly drift by on the Ayeyarwady River boat journey to Bagan. We will pick you up and check you in to your hotel on arrival.
Another option is to take the flight from Mandalay to Bagan. Have a sunset seeing over the Bagan plain taking photographic memories.

Day6. Bagan Full Day Birding
We will spend the remainder of the morning exploring the area and we can see our first Myanmar endemics White-throated Babbler and Burmese Bushlark. In the afternoon, boat ride on Ayeyarwaddy River to see White-tailed Stonechat, Sand Lark, Long-billed Pipit, Spot-billed Duck, River Lapwing, Great Thick-knee, Indian Skimmer, River and Black-bellied Terns, rare Greater Spotted Eagle, Laggar Falcon and other species.

Day7.Bagan Mt.Popa Birding

Drive to Mt.Popa for Birding again at Bagan to see another two Myanmar’s endemics which are Jerdon’s Minivet (recently split from White-bellied Minivet) and Hooded Treepie, together with near-endemics Vinous-breasted Starling and Plain-backed Sparrow, Yellow-legged Buttonquail, Rain Quail, Burmese Shrike, Spotted Owlet, Indian Nightjar, Yellow-eyed Babbler, Brown Prinia and many more and then drive back to Bagan in the evening.

Day 8. Bagan Full Day Sight Seeing at Ayeyarwaddy River

Birding  at Bagan to see another two Myanmar’s endemics which are Jerdon’s Minivet (recently split from White-bellied Minivet) and Hooded Treepie, together with near-endemics Vinous-breasted Starling and Plain-backed Sparrow, Yellow-legged Buttonquail, Rain Quail, Burmese Shrike, Spotted Owlet, Indian Nightjar, Yellow-eyed Babbler, Brown Prinia and many more.

Day 9. & 10 Fly to Heho Airport from Nyaung U and Drive to Kalaw

Fly to Heho and proceed from Heho to Kalaw for two nights stay. Birding at Kalaw in the afternoon. Birding at Kalaw. Here we can see Silver-eared Laughingthrush (recently split from Chestnut-crowned Laughingthrush), near-endemics Burmese Yuhina, Dark-backed Sibia and Indochinese Cuckooshrike, Giant Nuthatch, Speckled Piculet, White-browed Laughingthrush, Streaked Wren, Rusty-cheeked Scimitar, White-browed Scimitar and White-browed Shrike Babblers, Spectacled Barwing, Silver-eared Mesia, Grey-cheeked Fulvettas, Red-billed Blue Magpie, Sooty-headed, Mountain, Black, Ashy and Brown-breasted Bulbuls, Velvet-fronted Nuthatch, Sliver-breasted and Long-tailed Broadbills, Black-breasted Thrush, White-crowned Forktail, Bianchi’s Warbler, Black-headed Greenfinch and others.

Day 11.Inle Lake Birding & Sight Seeing

In the morning drive to Inle Lake for three nights stay. Birding stops on the way. Birding at Inle Lake in the evening. Here we can see rare Jerdon’s Bushchat, very rare Sarus Crane, Collared Myna, Glossy Ibis, Purple Swamphen, Pheasant-tailed and Bronze-winged Jacanas, Oriental Pratincole, Cinnamon and Yellow Bitterns, Lesser Whistling and Spot-billed Ducks, Plaintive Cuckoo, Clamorous Reed Warbler, Plain and Yellow-bellied Prinias and Striated Grassbird. We can also see many migrant water bird species and breeding or roosting colony of Egrets, Herons, Little Cormorant, Vinous-breasted, Chestnut-tailed, Black-collared and Asian Pied Starlings, Common, Jungle, White-vented and Collared Mynas.

Day12. Inle Lake Birding & Sight Seeing

Breakfast at your Inle Hotel and  again birding at Inle lake.

Day 13.Fly to Yangon from Heho Airport and Sight seeinf at Yangon
After breakfast board your boat for a trip across the lake to an ethnic 5-day market. Continue onto the ‘floating’ village and market of Ywama. Explore the stilted villages and floating gardens before crossing the lake to Nyaungshwe town. Drive to Heho for your afternoon flight to Yangon.

Day14 . Yangon Departure
Transfer to Yangon International Airport.

End of Tour.
